Our Classrooms
Kalpana Institute of Nursing has a magnificent building surrounded with good environment where the students gets to breath fresh air of nature.
The building has more than adequate no of classrooms, which are well spacious, sound proof and equipped with modern technology to enrich the learning experience. This will facilitate higher degree of learning as well as degree of interaction between students and teachers.
Digital Classroom
Our AV-Aids Rooms are fully equipped with various electronic devices for the effective teaching & learning such as LCD projectors, over head projectors, T.V, V.C.R, C.D. Player, Tape recorder etc. We also have various teaching materials & demo materials, which helps in teaching and practical classes.
Our Laboratories
Nursing Foundation Lab
This lab is well-equipped with 10 beds & set of all items needed for nursing procedure practice to provide comprehensive nursing care to the clients admitted in the hospitals, students will be given preliminary training in patient care at the college laboratory.
CHN & Nutrition Lab
This lab ensures that the students learn home visiting bag technique & practice the community health nursing while providing family health care at the door step of the clients using modified home visiting kits.
Advance Nursing Skill Lab
The aim of this Lab is to provide best practical knowledge in advance nursing procedures under the guidance of experts in subjects.
OBG and Paediatrics Lab
This Laboratory is for Midwifery Experience. Lab is equipped to develop skills handling normal and complicated delivery. The students gain skill in imparting comprehensive maternity care. Our institute provides Excellent Laboratory Facilities for basic learning with maternal and Child Health Science. The Lab comprises of latest articles and equipment’s. This laboratory is a place where student learn the basic skills of maternity and child health nursing prior to the clinical area.
Pre-clinical science Lab
It is well-equipped with models & specimens, all the bones, skeleton & subject related charts etc. The students are encouraged to use our Anatomy lab to learn Anatomy of bone & joints & other systems.
Computer Lab
We have a well furnished and well ventilated computer lab. There are thirty computers in our lab. There is separate cabin for staffs and students. There are sufficient chairs is available. Internet facility is also available in our computer lab.
Our Hostel
Well furnished hostel and mess facilities are provided for the students within the campus. Students are to abide by hostel rules and regulations otherwise they shall be expelled from the hostel and debarred for re-entry in the hostel. Application form for admission to hostel and Rules & Regulations governing stay in hostel can be obtained from the institute office.
